Important information
1) Advance room reservations with Fjord Pass® are done by using our booking service free of charge or by contacting the hotel directly.
2) Bookings required within 5 days before your planned arrival must be made directly to the hotels. It is important that you inform staff that you are a Fjord Pass® cardholder both when booking and checking in.
3) Rooms booked in advance will be held for you until 6 p.m. on the planned day of your arrival. After 6 p.m. your room will be made available to other guests unless you have notified the hotel in advanced of your late arrival.
4) Cancellation must be made at the latest by 6 p.m. on the day before your arrival. If not, you will be charged for the 1st night of the stay you booked.
5) Payment is done directly to the hotel on the day of departure. Most hotels accept credit cards.
